Yoga postures

Healthy mind body and spirit.

The word Yoga means union. The aim of yoga is to works towards the “union” of body, mind, and spirit. This is one of the great lessons of yoga.

Yoga deals with more than physical well-being alone; it also places great emphasis on our mental and spiritual wellness.

“Everything is connected” may be the most important way of all that yoga heals. In plain English, it means paying attention to and caring for all elements of ourselves. This principle is embedded in every aspect of Victoria’s classes, from physical movements and postures to yogic breath practice, as well as relaxation and meditation.

Victoria aims to maintain and improve the health and well-being of every student. Her teaching is based on the essential principles of healthy movement, traditional yogic techniques, relaxation and breathwork, as influenced by modern medical findings. This allows for postures to be modified to suit each student and forms a foundation for safe and sustainable Yoga classes.

Students of all levels of experience, fitness, and health experience their own authentic yoga practice and balance their whole body by taking control of their health and healing.
