Stretch and Strengthen, Revive and Restore.

Maintain healthy range of motion, boost your energy, de-stress, improve flexibility and build strength with modified versions of classical yoga practices. Includes gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation. Suitable for beginners and experienced students.

Live, teacher led classes

  • Monday Evening at 7:00 pm

    Great for both beginners and experienced students. You will gain body awareness and confidence as well as flexibility, balance and strength.

This live classes, so you receive direct feedback. The teacher will modify postures to suit the needs of each student.

Treat yourself to 75mins a week to relax and destress.

Yoga Workshops, Private Classes and NDIS

Special occasions, functions, teams, friend groups as well as one on one private classes. These can be held at your chosen venue or at our studio space.

We customise workshops to suit the focus, fitness level and goals of your group.

Private classes are personalised to meet the particular needs of each individual.
